The Zachary and Durham families were neighbors from South Jersey. The conflict arose between both families because of Mr. Latham’s driving, which led to a tragic outcome.
The Durham family was driving badly, and they confronted him about this behavior. According to the prosecutors, Zachary Latham allegedly killed his neighbor for TikTok fame.

Sarah Latham, who is Latham’s wife, recorded the stabbing video of William on 4 May 2020. The video starts with William and Gage Durham, the sons who ride their bikes up to the Latham property, followed by William T. Durham.
Sarah says,’ I promise you will get better because you are not gonna like what’s coming out.’ The three family members back Latham into the garage as Sarah keeps yelling, Babe! The camera gets shaky, but the last clear image is of William T.
Zachary Killing Trial
Latham was charged with second-degree reckless manslaughter, weapons offenses, and aggravated assault. Well, the Trial started on 30 March 2020 at the time of this writing, and the investigation is ongoing.
According to the law, Latham will face 5-10 years in state prison and a fine of around $150,000.
