As per Nicholas Isaacs, his error of buying the “wrong” watch inspired him to develop a solution that can help other customers from making the same mistake he did. He declares, “To celebrate my 25th birthday, I decided to buy myself a nice watch. I went into a well-known watch store. The salesman was very convincing that the watch was a great choice.”
He continues by saying that he was initially fascinated with the timepiece. However, after approximately a year, when the crown of his watch fell off, his sentiments about the timepiece drastically changed. He explains that he sent it in for repairs, but that he had already planned to sell it before it was ever serviced.
He was in for a rude awakening when he discovered that simply missing the crown had reduced the watch’s worth by more than 30%. He reveals that his first watch was a complete failure because it did not come out the way he had hoped. Nicholas Isaac and Igor Radovanovic hope that by founding Superwatchman.com, many more watch lovers will be spared from similar unpleasant experiences.

Igor and Nicholas’s Thoughts on the Ideal Approach for Buying a Watch
Nicholas Isaacs and Igor Radovanovic, the founders of Superwatchman.com, have given considerable attention to the ideal manner to purchase a watch. They believe that going into a store and believing the salesperson’s judgment is not the best way to go and that evaluating more offers at Superwatchman.com prior to making a decision is a better option.
According to Nicholas, the worth of a watch isn’t constant and varies greatly depending on the state of the watch. Other aspects that may affect the watch’s worth and that purchaser should be aware of include the year of manufacture, the currency in which it was purchased, and, most crucially, whether or not the timepiece was a limited edition.
